Maybe Someday

We ended so suddenly

One day we were one

Then the next you were gone


Like how we began

We were talking

Then we were together


Our love burned fast

It burned bright

And was out just as fast


Someday we'll look back

At those moments

And smile to ourselves


Just maybe

We can look back

As we look at one another again
