No Wishes in a Falling Star

Leave me to my fate

I am relieved to be taken

I never was deserving of your love

And I should’ve known that then

 

Take care of my younger self

Be happy we can forget all that has happened

When the black flag flies

Know that I chose this for myself

 

Walk away knowing I loved you

Walk hand in hand with someone you can love

I have spent my life on this blighted star

And now I have my chance to leave it
