Mosaic

Mosaic

A Poem by Jennesis

Roads taken
Wrong Turns
Heart Breaks
Soul Aches
Lessons Learned
Eyes open
No Blinders
To fool surrendering
Burning fire intensity
Fans flames into
Coals burning for the
Long Game
Settling into the glow
That warms and nurtures
Futures dreamed
Attainable in the passion
Leaving behind the broken pieces
Of Lives lived
And lost
A new mosaic
Beautiful in all it’s jagged edges
Ripped canvases of painted pasts
Colorful and connected parts
New masterpieces of
Infinite heart
As One

I relate...I have taken lots of those wrong times along the way and feel I have lived several lives.
The mosaic right now is a little off...torn and patched, but the infinite heart I have left surrenders itself to the future, whatever it may hold.
I am now being reminded of how much I enjoyed your work and related so much to it.
