Lust From Afar

Another bit of old work from my previous account. Was titled Shining Star.

It shines like a bright
diamond in the sky:
a ray of Hope in my
normally unknown,
helpless life. I have
no power against it,
the choices of my
past but you stand
by my side, and
lift me up to the
pinnacle of my own
Power.

Rushing, heaving,
helpless panting
that wracks my body
and leaves my mind
a-swimming with want,
need, and longing
as you touch me from
afar. But soon I will be
yours, completely and
utterly lost in the warmth
of your tight, loving,
protective embrace.
