Dream World

Is this cruel "life" real... or just a nightmare

Dream World

 

I began to question reality
Even life itself
The thought of it all being a lie
Sort of like a dream
But one we shall never wake up from

For all we know
Life could be like a rumor
Half could be true, the other a lie
Or just a fantisy

All of it could be going well
A sweet dream of happiness
One thats filled with flowers on a sunny day
Maybe even a rainbow or two

Until somethings gone missing and out of place,
My world begins to darken
And come crashing down

I have awoken
Or so I think

I'm back to the thought of reality
Is this my life?

Maybe I just woke up
From a dream
Into another dream

Will it ever end?
Am I stuck in the dream world?
Or is it just life?

I guess everybody can relate to the poem...since everybody has felt the same at some point of their life.....
The contradiction between Dream and reality.....''Life could be like a rumor

This is something i wonder all the time. Sometimes things don't feel as real as they should be. Sometimes reality seems like the fantasy and fantasy is only the reality's dream. I like this poem especially since i can relate to it.
