Aching

Aching

A Poem by Jewels
"

The pain of reality

"

There’s  no comfort for me here.

Nothing to occupy my mind, that's shadowed in fear.

I try desperately to let someone in,

but the words don't come I just sit there instead.

I'm hallow and I don't know why.

My eyes no longer water, no longer cry.

I just sit and stare into the vacant spaces of my heart,

Wondering what the hell happened that tore me apart?

So I will continue on, thinking absolutely nothing at all.

Never will I find console for my soul.

Sometime we can get twist-up and want time to be alone and think. A powerful poem. Could feel the desire to lock-up the emotion and the will to find where the desire went to. A excellent poem. Thank you.
