The Power of One courageous Voice!

A single Voice
Decided choice
To yell out loud
within a crowd
Or whisper soft
up on a loft
To hungry ears
filled with fears
An audience
of silence
They need a voice
to give them choice

To lift the shrowd

they've so endowed

to give them hope

they need to cope

To raise some thoughts
To call the shots

Of urgent care

We all should share

Thus enabling

Their voice to sing

in turn to those

at their dispose.

I like it, and since I typed it out onto this website out of memory only, I might go back and take a look at the original version and see how close I got to remembering the actual poem's order of events.
