Wonderland: I.D.B.I.F.

There are things that I do not believe in, but there will always be something that I will believe in.

Walking through the lone path, I stop to think.
"For so long, I've wanted a knight. Now I realize I don't need one."

I wanted the world, but now you are all that takes up my thoughts.

Every day.

Every night.

I think of you.

Your words.

"Who needs true love as long as you love me truly?"

Just wake me up if I take the poison.

I am lost.

I don't need help, but I crave you.

You never wanted me, yet you grew to love me.

I sense the wolves.

The flowers are out of control.

The red and black colors spiral around me.

I see the sun and the moon as one.

This is not some mere illusion, oh no.

This is reality.

I think about what came to this.

Being in Wonderland makes me think.

"How did I get here?"

"Where are you?"

"Don't find me, but I want you to save me."

I confuse myself.

I walk down the path again.

I shake my head in anger.

The animals, they tell lies.

Especially that strange grinning cat.

I see a glimpse of you.

I run, to see shadows targetting me.

I cry, fearing the worst.

A hand grabs me.

It is warm, like yours always is.

I smile.

I look, and I see your worried expression.

The same one you always give me.

I turn, and gently whisper.

"I don't believe in fairytales..."

I turn to you and smile.

"...But I believe in You and Me."
