I decided to start a diary expressing the struggles that i go through daily. Whether it be mentally or physically. Hopefully it would help someone going through similar emotions

Dear diary

Sadness and loneliness has put me in a dark and scary place
Overwhelming
Misunderstood
Forever the centre of cruelty and heartbreak
My soul my spirit broken
Walking in someone's shadow because mine is no longer there
At times I think that it would be better for everyone and easier if I was no longer here

How ever broken you may feel, on some days; try to think positive thoughts - about both better days from your past (and hopeful ones as regards what the future might bring). This reads very sadly, but good that you've partly opened up to these feelings and thoughts. Also, try to avoid people; if you just don't feel right with them? Or, even talking to them? After all, you're a mature woman with attributes; and not a naive young girl.? Even so, sometimes we all have to face-up to some dark times; and then it's a matter of how we handle them?

There is no other place that light can grow much brighter than in the shadows itself. Dwelling there for a while just glows your heart in time
