good times

Good times, its a time where everything goes well

things go to plan and you're feeling swell

you are so excited you just want to yell!

you see, good friends and family is all you need

if you're starving for happiness, that is what you must feed

some people rely on drugs to have a good time

but give me friends and family and I'll be fine

once you see everyone around you laugh and smile

its catches on, and can last for miles

happiness is contagious, and it can catch on to you fast

and sometimes you wish these good times will never end, you hope they would last

unfortunately they don't, but the memories will stay with you wherever you are

no matter where or how far

these memories will follow you like a tale gating car

when Im down, I refuse to frown, because of these memories 

cherish the good times and forget the bad

life is too short to be sad

tears of joy is what a human should only cry

the only exception should be when a loved one dies and flies to the sky

so if you're having a good time, enjoy yourself and take it all in

and try to stay happy until the curtains come down and the credits read fin
