I thought it was my moment to go
The curtains were coming down to end the show
This is it
I will no longer exist
But I made it through
And all I thought about was you
Not my mother nor my father
Just you
If the roles were reversed
I wouldn't make the cut
I can't become a thought because the doors been shut
I didn't make the VIP list in your mind
I'm stuck with the nobodies waiting in line
Why can't you see
You're everything to me
I was close to going away
I saw the light that resembled heaven's rays
But God decided to let me live another day
Such a fool I am for letting you into my mind
Sad how you're everything to me
And I'm nothing to you
But no matter what happens
I will always love you
