Galaxies Away

Galaxies Away

A Poem by Joey Martinez

An ebon sky, darkness to light
Crsytal stars and a mosiac night
Lunar sphere that dances in white
A vivid soul a lucid sight
I desire your witty ways and colorful charm
I ache to rest easy in your angel soft arms
But I'm long gone, far beyond the moon
Headed past the heavens with the angels of doom

I enjoyed the poem and it's intent. The 4th and 8th stanza could use polishing, but other than that, a good read.
