I had a love story to tell,

I would have spoken its words

But, nay! It shan’t be so!

For ere, this “love story” just turned,

Not unto a dream…but unto my defeat.

Hear my words and mourn for me!

And know if you do what I have done

You too will end up like me.

My life, I thought was complete

But soon you will see

It was destiny

For this to be.

So heed what I shall say

So, you too, won’t be in dismay.

 

Before myself, did I beheld the castle,

Whereat, had I dwell all my life

With fancy dinning, group gatherings, and re-occurring comfort,

Surely this was a prince’s life.

If only had I….

I would be happier but…

The monarch did not trust me so,

He gave excuses …O! So childish.

He just wants the power to himself

He doesn’t love me; He loves himself.

I would do a better job than him

I am more responsible,

Moreover, I am a better king!

Only I could rule with power and majesty

Only I could rule the kingdom with complete sovereignty!

I will show him, I will show that with my leadership

My kingdom and I will be far more superior

Than he will ever be.

Until that day, until that time

I lie in this “prison”

Awaiting for the day to come…

Awaiting, for my arrival to the throne.

 

My life was coiled into this castle,

Nothing other than life’s pleasures.

Many think and many say

I live in luxury and bliss

But what is that?

DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND!

I am not made for this

I was meant to roam the cities

I was meant to conquer

I was meant to see the world!

I am not like you

I am the prince!

I should have what I want

And I should have it now!

If you can’t fulfill this,

Than depart from me at once.

What you have to offer has no value to me

So leave me be

Until I get the good life

Until, I am ruler of Jenovia!
