Humanity, My CredoA Poem by Jonny The Savage
In an age of perpetual bickering, I find myself as a militant human. Not wising to become a beast or automaton. Not wishing my agony on anyone; simply just trying to live by example. I imagine it's all that I really can do, no one is ecstatic about being human; only of becoming more than human for themselves and less than human for their enemies. One never succeeds in becoming more than human, one can only blow themselves up, like Huxley's frog. Humanity is my credo, in an epoch defined by beasts and robots.
