An Ode to Bill CooperA Poem by Jonny The Savage
You're not here, and everything just feels so hopeless. You sacrificed yourself for truth, and yet lies still rule human consciousness. It's all I can do to keep my composure when I think about it. Think about how they murdered you in cold blood for exposing them. I apologize for being too young to have met or helped you. I pray that I'm some day worthy to pick up the torch, but I feel unworthy of even a candle. I pray that I will have the strength to fight the mysterious beast even a fraction of what you did. You may have been the greatest teacher that I'll ever know, and I can think of no better way to honor your memory than to keep up the fight for truth, love and longevity; until there's no longer breath in my chest. I miss you more and more every day...Please Rest in Peace Milton William Cooper.
