In Your Footsteps

The broken spirit acts a compass 
Pointing out the way 
To the foot of the cross 
Where my burdens lay


I've fallen so far 
But I've clung to you 
I need to rest my broken heart 
In your perfect refuge


I'm not a perfect man 
I've had my missteps 
But at the cross I stand 
And walk in your footsteps
