Waking in the morning,

Turning to see

The empty space beside me,

Where you're supposed to be.

 

Staring at the emptiness

Thinking, "what can I do?"

If only I knew

How to tell you...

 

...Just how much I love you

How I need your touch,

That I've been missing you so much

And I've never had a love like such.

 

All I want is to wake up

With you by my side,

Feeling this undeniable pride
