Troubled Water

Troubled Water

A Poem by Kitty

I'm leaving tomorrow
And I don't know why?
There's something wrong with my soul,
For now, all I can do is sigh.

There's something I told you,
But you don't know
That now it is true -
I'm sorry, but I must go.

I'm leaving troubled water.
I'm leaving all my dreams of you.
I cannot be Mrs Walker.
I'm sorry, but we're through.

I just can't go on,
I want to run away.
Soon I'll be gone.
I think I'll go today.

Because tomorrow
Won't help me at all.
I have no goal.
I'm beginning to fall.

I apologise profusely for what I have done,
But I can no longer live a lie.
I'll always love you, John.
I'm sorry, but this is goodbye.

About
Finding peace has always been a struggle for me. But if there is one thing I can wish for the world, it's peace, love, more tolerence, faith, hope and trust. I hope you find it somewhere out there.... more..
