Are You Afraid?

Are You Afraid?

A Poem by Kitty

I see you looking

At the pictures on my wall.

I see that fear in your eyes

As you read over the quotes.

I notice the terror

As you see me watching you.

Are you scared

Of what the pictures imply?

Are you fearful

Of what the quotes say?

Are you paranoid

Of what I am capable of doing?

It’s a simple concept –

I love blood and death.

It’s a passion;

A pleasure;

An addiction;

An infatuation;

An obsession.

Does that idea

Make you tremble?

Does it make you

Want to run and hide?

Don’t you like

That bright crimson red?

Do you not appreciate

The joy that a knife can bring?

Are you worried,

My darling,

Wishing you could die?

Well, Baby,

Your wish is my command.

I ask you one final time,

Are you afraid?

You should be…

Each phrase is laced with bitter blood, dripping on each letter. Deeply moving with anxiety and passion, the primal scream for recognition. Powerful in all respects!

I am the walrus...

This piece just SCREAMS SADISM! I LOVE IT!
You got the response I'm sure you wanted out of me.
As I read, that small little smirk worked its way onto my face, slowly followed by that morbid smile that's usually dripping with blood. A very good write. Don't change a thing. I love it.

Finding peace has always been a struggle for me. But if there is one thing I can wish for the world, it's peace, love, more tolerence, faith, hope and trust. I hope you find it somewhere out there.... more..
