Moonlight MadnessA Poem by KittyDown in the garden Little fairies play Out in the moonlight At the end of the day. They jump from flower to flower Petals falling everywhere. They fly all around Up high in the air. Their wings shine like fire In the bright moonlight. Oh, these mischievous fairies That come out at night. I walk in the garden And see them playing there They fly all around me, Tugging at my hair. I sit on a rock And watch as they play. They playfulness grows With each moon ray. But as the sun begins to rise, Their party comes to an end. But there’s no doubt, Their next parade is just around the bend. Copyright©JosieWentzel20May2008
