Goodbye my love...

I guess I'm just an annoyance,

A right regular pain in the butt!

Maybe I'm just too demanding;

Maybe I ask for too much.

But is asking someone to care

Too much to ask?

Is wanting to share

With someone wrong?

All I seem to do is f**k things up.

Why?

God, please tell me why?

Is this the life you planned for me -

One of pain and loneliness?

One of heartache and emptiness?

If yes, then I want nothing of it.

If my life is going to cause

The people I love pain and misery,

Then I want out.

So, take this life

And put it in the box

With all your other failures,

Because tonight,

I end your torture,

Once and for all...

Wow!! This was amazing. Looks like we've both felt about this strongly. I can very well relate to this as there have been many times when I've asked myself the same questions. Pretty obvious, I never got any answers.
Just a few minutes back, I angered one of my friends and I'm feeling bad since then. I think the reason why people treat others like this is because they misunderstand them.
The poem speaks so much that it's hard for me to gather up enough words....
I'd say it's excellent!! Very well-penned...
Keep writing......you know how to do it very well....^_^

I love this poem amazingly captured and well spoken... the write 'so take this life and put in in a box' amazing i mean imagine if God hada box for defaults/failures... i imagine many people wud feel they fitted, cud b seen as the new heaven and hell. I hope you find urself in a different box soon however excellent poem well done:)
