The Long and Winding Road

The Long and Winding Road

A Poem by Kitty
"

A Beatles collaboration with the talented master of poetry, Craig Froman. Each line is a title/s of a Beatles song/s...

"

I've got a feeling I've just seen a face.
Oh! Darling, I want to tell you,
Got to get you into my life.
I call out your name,
Julia, I'm looking through you
Because here comes the sun,
The inner light, the long and winding road
I need you, hold me tight.
Don't let me down, don't pass me by,
We can work it out.
Golden slumbers, good day sunshine
I'll follow the sun
With a little help from my friends.
Things we said today
You've got to hide your love away
You like me too much
The fool on the hill
Tell me what you see
A taste of honey...

Entrancing! Very well done! Have you ever considered having your poetry published? I think it is most worthy of publication.

Finding peace has always been a struggle for me. But if there is one thing I can wish for the world, it's peace, love, more tolerence, faith, hope and trust. I hope you find it somewhere out there.... more..
