Love Will be the Death of Me

I was listening to HIM. Many of the words are from their songs....

To me Love is

The funeral of hearts.

Love wants us dead -

Completely torn apart.

Would you die tonight

For Love?

Because this life,

It ain’t worth living.

Your love is the only thing

I live for in this world,

But like Romeo and Juliet

We can be together in eternity.

We’re in love with Death

And we die on and on.

We draw our last breath. pretending

That it will be the end of our craving,

That Heaven’s worth the waiting.

That everything’s alright…
