I Want to Tell My Story

'Cause no one will tell it for me

 

Dear Diary

I want to tell my story,

But there just isn’t anyone

To listen to me.

 

I have no friends,

Lost all of my once good relationships.

All gone which were once

At my fingertips.

 

My family stopped listening

Many years ago.

They lost all interest;

Guess they didn’t want to know.

 

So no family and no friends,

Who can I talk to?

I have no one else, Diary,

No one but you.

 

Will you listen to me,

Be my friend and family?

Will you support me,

When my tears won’t cease to be?

 

Oh, sweet Diary

I want to tell my story,

Because I know that when I’m gone,

No one will tell it for me.
