I didn’t know that when we met,

I’d one day fall so deeply in love with you;

I didn’t know that my life would feel complete

And that I would give anything to spend time with you.

I never thought that I’d find someone

Whom I could care so deeply for;

Someone whom I could fall into;

Someone who’d always be there.

When we met I didn’t realise

That I would find my best friend in you;

I didn’t realise just how lucky I would be,

Just how awesome you are.

But lucky for me,

I found my soul-mate –

Someone so special,

So precious,

So loving…
