Crazy Inlove

 

I was taken to a hospital –

They think I’m insane.

But don’t they know that, for my actions,

I am not to blame?

Still they say

That my right is not right,

That all my senses

Have taken flight.

They say that I

Am certifiably insane,

Because in this world of hate

I feel no pain.

But they don’t understand

The love I have found in you,

Don’t believe

That love can be this true.

They think that

You cannot be real.

Think I’m crazy

For what I feel.

But I don’t care –

I know the truth.

Of our love,

I need no proof.

And so in this padded room

I’ll spent my days

Knowing that my love for you

Will never fade!!!
