Blue Sapphires

Blue Sapphires

A Poem by Mescaline Butterfly
"

Eyes of Fervor

"
Set aside your dignity
Allow for the warm embrace
Let me within your vicinity
And divinity of your grace
Face-to-face we hug
System full of drugs
Replaced and debugged
To be plugged With your pheromones
Quite tantalizing and Intricately hypnotizing
Like a herringbone
Very blown away by your pretty eyeballs
My fault - I am speechless when I stall
Peering into those blue sapphires
Too hot to admire
I think I might catch fire
My required flame-proof attire
Expired
Retired with your first smile
Made me feel vulnerable like a child
I can feel it; it's mild, somewhat wild
But I conceal it cuz that's my style
