Love came softly

           like the mist in a dream

      as quiet as a breeze

as graceful as a stream

of flowers

               cascading

                         gently through the air

 

         So silent…

                I didn’t know it was there

 

As the breeze blew stronger

each petal on the ground

                      started to scatter

             still without a sound

      leaving just the mist

                       of dreams

                                to take me where

 

Love came softly…

                  but I believe it was there

Smiled and then thought, where was I when love came? Was it here or there? Anywhere?? Then I thought ohno I'm one of those who need to be smacked upside the head to know he's in love or loved.
