You were the red kiss of a dream

surrounding me with winds untamed

like a breath that drew the rose

yet, softer than the clouds

that melt before me now

in the haven of your arms

your love, a treasure found

hidden deep within your heart

                         beating

                                    beautiful and wild

 

In rapture, my laces loose

my hair flows free undone

fanned by your wind, I breathe you in

senses ravished with delight

a flame rising from my core

glistening on shoulders fair

my cheeks ablaze, afire!

as though a flower’s come to bud,

                         bursting

                                     beautiful and wild

 

If I told you of the joy

            found in your kiss…your touch

If I told you that my heart

only belongs to you

surrendered completely,

captivated by your love

 

Would you love me always

                                                            beautiful and wild?

A wild creature cannot care to ask such questions...
Love is or it is not...
There is no bargain to be made if we desire love. However, far too often we cage the wild heart and bargain love for comfort or conformity I think.
We are complicated creatures so t is no supplies our love affairs are complex as well.
The picture is captivating! It calls me to a memory...
