It is you that quickens the beat of my heart

that paints my eyes with beauty each dawn of our day

and sweetens my dreams as night sheds her dew

our breathing, in rhythm, perfect harmony

 

Graceful are lovers who dance cheek to cheek

in sunlight, in moonlight, enthralled in the song

that lingers so softly when joined together

and echoes in heartbeats when far apart…

 

Never to fade, as time stalls in rapture

of our love, in rhythm, perfect harmony
