Runners up & sour wolf

Runners up & sour wolf

A Poem by JustAlex

Ship Shape into essence in the snow.

Snow that drips from the cloudy bruised sky.

I want to run  bare footed as fast as I can in speed of light and never stop

never rest, never let go of my breath

even though my feet can withstand the cold alone

My soul will devour it.

My wolf is waiting for me at the end of the path

and I must catch up to him.

His dark eyes disingrates me, I want to catch him

I want to run my hand through his white soft fur

and protect this innocent thing , from barbaric

creatures on structures with four wheels, passing on the street

in the speed of light.

Please take me with you, take me to the mountains when winter never stops

take me to a journey,

take me to the end of your cave

Please stop running from me, my wolf, Im so cold

Im so tired, I want to stop

but you wont let me catch you.

Let me walk above the white ground and melt the snow away.

I like the idea, it's out of the ordinary. :)

Very interesting piece... I love wolves so this intrigued me... but I think the wolf is more symbolic... this to me speaks of someone who wants the love of another who is a bit of a loner who keeps emotional walls up.

A small glimpse into the call of the wild.
Wolves travel in packs, in this write it
seems this wolf has lost it's way..
Nicely done...

What's so wrong with weird, ms?

Interesting piece, indeed. I like wolves. Beautiful creatures, and this poem does a wolf justice.
