I laugh, it booms
The sound bounces off walls like a rubber ball
I wonder if that's how happy sounds like
I listen, music flows
My feet taps to the rhythm of the world
Is this how it feels to belong
I spin, dancing round
The wind offers his hand for a dance
Carefree feels a lot like wonder
I look, they shine
I swear that star just winked at me
I winked back, we shared a secret
I always thought I needed people to bring me joy
But I didn't realise I was happy all along
It was just trapped inside
