Macabre

An original poem, by me.

Death is a tragedy,

And yet, it is beautiful.

Sick people are freed.

Poor people are freed.

And yet,

Loved ones are lost.

Good people are lost.

Families are devastated.

So, I ask:

Why is death both beautiful, and tragic?
