What is this feeling

What is this feeling that I have

I know what I want

I can see what I want

But I am unable to getup and get it

I keep trying to hold myself back 

I am cant know how much more of this I can take

I am running myself up a wall

I need this, I need it now

But I wait, I hold myself back
