with a burning love
that you have drawn from me
with charms exceeding
my wildest dreams.

 

Waves crash upon the shore
like nothing I have known before
and carry me away into the sea
of everything that is you and me
 
I want to share with you
compare with you
and dare to be the
fullest sea
that we can be

 

I want to play with you
and lay with you
and laugh with you
and feel
your beating heart
upon my chest.

 

I want to hold you
and never let you go
I want to find the
deepest part of you
the very start of you
the very heart of you.

 

I want to make love to you
with our eyes
from across the room
with an intimacy
so deep and complete
that when we move together
tears fill our eyes

 

because you
are everything
and I mean everything
that I could ever want
or need
you are the air I breathe
you are my deepest need

 

Take my hand

and never let go
I want the world to know
I want the world to see
the wild blue sea
of you and me.
