Not In My Vocabulary

A poem written in a bad mood.

The words: Don't do it, are not in my vocabulary.
The words: It's not safe, don't register with me.
The words: Don't even think about it; don't click in my brain.

You'd think I'd learn, you'd think I'd start to understand.
I haven't processed anything.
I haven't learned anything.
I haven't done a damn thing right.
I never will.

The words: It'll be okay, are not in my vocabulary.
The words: It's going to be fine; don't register with me.
The words: It's all right now; don't click in my brain.
These words are lies. These words are false hope.
These words are not in my vocabulary.

Author's Note

I think I wrote this in yet another math class. (It would certainly explain my grades...)

hahaha you know i really enjoyed your funny authors note... but anyway i liked the poem its orginal you let your guard down a little bit here.... it was a fun poem to read
