its so easy that it is so hard :} the repetition of release springs to my mind how major religions lift sexuality to a spiritual level ... i think that endeavor much simpler to practice than my meditation ..which always wraps around something ...with only a rare glimpse of the "nothing" ..glad i found this one my friend :)

all is well all is well - I got a job so that's not so exciting - haha - after not working for a year - but I start and finish early so I can finally fine tune my novel before I publish it - which of course you have to buy and tell all of your friends, family, ex-lovers and distant relatives to buy - each book comes with chicken giblets - you can add 'em to your soup XXX
