Kaleidoscope Eyes

Kaleidoscope Eyes

A Poem by KWP
"

Poem #1 NaPoWriMo Happy Poetry Month

"

A swirl,

a swoosh,

crimson, reds and yellow.

Whirling,

twirling,

silhouettes in motion.

Welcome zephyr

weaves the scene,

theatre of meditation.

Placid mind - no mind

the artists come to life.

No form, yet there,

dancing to disappear,

clears path.

A constant

change in motion.

A dalliance as they stay a while.

Favourable company kept.

Shine so bright  -

crimson, reds and yellows

Closed lids to the sun.

A flick of the eyes,

open wide,

curtains lift

theatre retreats behind

clear vision.

Soiree of amorphous

take leave

drowning in reality.

Shadows linger in

returning mind

gone, not yet forgotten.

Brilliant , I love words you chose they are words that just sound beautiful off the tongue. Really dreamy, unforgettable writing.

Some eyes are like the waves of a stunning beach
Wonders, color and beauty
I can relate to this piece so much
And you feel like you are sitting by the sun after looking into them
A splash of life
