Arduos AuthenticityA Poem by KWPDay 4 NaPoWriMo ... April is Poetry Month and so to celebrate, I write a poem a day,Arduous I say, like a long trek up the mountain that lives in the clouds on a blazingly hot summers day. authentic one must be. All too easy is the path when following the master, the crowd, or societal flow. categorically authentic, without the hoo-ha, minus the fanfare, and of course then, no balloons - can one begin to read the scripts on his own heart, sing ancient lullaby’s of his soul, dance to one’s own unique rhythm of life. like sprinkles of stardust from the heavens above. Answers drift down for the authentic to catch hold, grasp, have a kerching moment - oh, ah. ‘I tell you it all makes sense.’ One must be ready, packed and prepared to be authentic, it’s a long journey inward. not for the feint hearted, but quite possibly for you. © 2017 KWP |
