Sky Blue

Day 19 NaPoWriMo ... time to fall

One must look into the sky. 

Beyond the clouds, 

to the limitless sky. 

Have you noticed how you cannot look at the sky?

For the sky has no boundaries,

just goes on,

and on, 

and on.

Sky has no beginning. 

You will never find the end. 

Look into the sky

then fall in. 

Right there, 

in the sky, 

you will have an opportunity

to know yourself again.

DON’T THINK! 

STOP RIGHT THERE.

Do not admire the blue,

instead fall in, 

do not exclaim ‘oh beautiful’

keep falling.

Throw your words away, 

for, to know yourself truly, 

words are not required. 

Fall into the infinite blue,

stay a while, 

then, please come back and tell me what you know....

This reminded me of how I used to spend nights staring up at the stars. And then I would get freaked out at how endless it all is, haha. I love the feel of this poem.

This has a hypnotic spacey feel where you can drift with possibility. Throw away the boundaries and wander over lines. Stirring content as usual. Nice work my friend:)
