reality peels away the physical

I've just been at the gym - I did some pretty intense high intensity workout which I am happy with - feel good now - will sleep well I reckon, been having super illustrated dreams of late ...

I want to go to the gym.. only allowed a swim at present.. but getting there.. rayy! Sleep beautifully, take a pillow with you... won't ask about those dreams however. At least not publicly!!! Sweat dreams not sweet, huh?!

Vivid dreams - I always dream about people - I must have attachments or something :) I wake up the dreams are there and as the morning begins they drift away ...

I used to keep rats as pets. For about 8 or so years I did this. They really are loveable little b******s but, they don't live much longer than 2 years... ever. This made me think of all the dead rats that used to be my friends.

I used to have budgies name Ernie and Bert - Bert got out one day my sister was trying to get him and climbed on the roof of the garage - Bert never came home - sissy fell through the roof - end of story X
