F.R.I.E.N.D.

This is how i feel about all those amigos out there who love me...i love you guys too!

I want to start this poem

By telling you, my friend

How important you are to me

And how much on you I depend...

 

Friendship is what people need

No matter status or rank

No matter age or ethnic group

We all have each other to thank.

 

F is for Fabulous and Fantastic

which you truly are.

 

R is for really sorry

for all the dumb things i do.

 

I is for interesting

because every day with you is.

 

E is for everything all the time

becuase that's what id give.

 

N is for never-ending

becuase real friendships are just that.

 

D is for delight in yourself and others

because without it we'd fall flat.

 

Please listen when I say to you

How sorry I truly am

I didnt mean disrespect

When I acted like a ham.

 

I created this poem

with you especially in mind.

I hope we stand together forever,

with our fingers intertwined.

This was written quite a while ago, for a very special friend, during a rough patch in our journey together. Now its just a lesson for others, in friendship.
