Snowflakes

The pitter patter

that I hear,

brings to my eye

a small little tear.

As the snow falls,

my tear will too. 
And I hope that it falls

right onto you.

To fill you with joy

and to fill you with love.

And to make you feel special

like the heavens above.

Giving you happiness

with every drop.

Along with my tear,

the snow will stop.

But don't misunderstand,

this tear that fell.

It is not one of sadness,

but is one that is swell.

When the day ends,

and the snow disappears,

so will that tiny

swell little tear.

So as you can see,

this tear will go away.

To bring again,

a sunny day!
