The yearning for love is a powerful one...

Just close your eyes

And feel the breeze against your cheek,

Watch the fireflies

Lead you to the answers that you seek,

Don't listen to the lies

That only want to pierce into your soul,

Until the whisper dies

I will lay here, limp as a doll,

And as the sound of sighs

Echoes through the darkening sky,

Let me see your eyes

So I know that our love will never die.

O.o only a few lines , yes but you got your point across. You got an emotion across which , may I add is far more important than the point. To give off an effervescence so strong from few words means that the words themselves are powerful and potent and true. It is a skill if anything to write like you have written here most excellently written well captured well done don't mean to ramble on but jeeze you put me in a flying mood... :)
