I know how Romeo and Juliet must have felt,

To love each other though,

Their parents did not approve.

I love you as much as,

Juliet loved her romeo.

Like Romeo's parents,

Yours do not approve.

Our love will endure somehow.

I will not let anyone take you away from me, my love.

They cannot make me go away.

I may drop into the shadows for a while,

But never will I leave.

I will always be close to you,

Though you may not see.

Until my arms hold you again,

I will hold you in my heart.
