Powerful and powerless

Full and less

Even when you have power

Someone has more

Hour after hour

They shake you to your core

Less and less

The slightest difference

Can make things terrible

Truly unbearable

And you lose your roar.

Wow, what a really good poem. And so very true. The top dog always thinks he is the only one in control when the reality is there is always someone above them too.
