JadeA Poem by Kay
Titanium rims encompass sadness;
troubled, distant, too far for me to reach - yet you touched me with imprints of madness, right here, right there, where sore mouths find no speech. Deep in saline waters, swimming adrift, I can hear you; I can feel you tremble in lonesome truths, abandoned by time-shift. Fairytales waltz - who do you resemble? Between Hatter and Alice, was there love? If only your thoughts were louder than sighs, then perhaps the reticent God above would unveil your oscillating disguise. Tossed aside, like an empty memory - though, near phantom walls, I bear you closely. © 2018 Kay |
