Origami

Origami

A Poem by KeeD
"

Just a short poem I wrote for a weekly contest .. it had to include the words Blood, Paper and Smile.

"

Folding the edges to create perfection

My blood sweat and tears go into this creation

A 17th century art passed down by her ancestors

Creating sculptures merely by folding paper

I walk down my corridor to my Japanese neighbor

I present her with a white paper bird

and on its wings I wrote the words

Always smile Misses Kajahara

you light up the building like it's Christmas

 Art is Beautiful

Let your inner artist shine

Nice! And you know what? I LOVE ORIGAMI! I do that all the time! And oh, I think "I walk down my corridor to my Japanese neighbor" sounds okay without the next door, but what the heck! :)) I love it!
