Life is easy when you think of the good times

Life is hard when there's no one there by your side

You don't know what you can't see

Trying to fulfill your dreams

So lets see you think you know how life will be

As your eyes only notice what you believe

Fighting for a life that will make you happy just to breath

Time counts as you add the years up that goes by

The heart now beats just knowing you feel complete

Not knowing what that really means but you continue to take life more seriously

Sharing a part of a heart full of love starts to change how you think

As love can be placed within arms length without knowing if it meant to be

The time that you shared made a dream come true for both of you

Now not seeing what you know is there could really be something in the air

Will it become something you could believe

knowing its just the mind making a choice with no actually sight just another human being

As you both just believe in something you want it to be

Letting the mind know that love and life will open up your eyes giving you something you can't see

The next step will be there because you know it won't leave

But love is a mystery you can only figure out where it leads

A life that became more interesting by just believing in the strength your mind creates

The path now seems like a set route just waiting for you to take

Now noticing a lot more things you cant see but you know how to believe

Life can only be a definition that unlocks opportunities for the impossible to be possible by just closing your eyes and taking a leap

I loved the finish here. This idea that we build these ideas and fantasies without ever knowing or being able to control what life looks like. All we can do is take that leap and try to live while we can. It's so easy to get caught up in love and relationships, to drive apart, to have life evolve as if you are sleeping. Being awake and taking the leap, trusting in something, building something together to create the love you desire, is so very beautiful and one we must indulge in to experience true connection and vulnerability.
