I've Got Questions...I Need Answers

i sit here in solitude
listening to songs of the past
searching my mind for answers
to why our love didnt last

answers that i seek
which i shall never find
i need some resolution
before i lose my mind

my mind is like a vcr
replaying certain moments over and over again
too bad mine came without an erase button
that would surely help the pain end

now i'm seeking guidance
for what i'm suppose to do
the answers to the question
should i continue to stand or just give up on you?
